Here, centuries-old history combines with the atmosphere of a modern resort town, monuments of architecture and antiquity alternate with modern residential complexes, cobbled old streets cross new parks and squares, and all the main events happen here – both hundreds of years ago and today.

Here the main attractions of the city are concentrated – the majestic Fortress, the Red Tower, Cleopatra Beach, the Grand Bazaar, the archaeological museum and cultural center, and the port with pirate ships, where the construction of a large city park begins.

But there is everything for a comfortable stay here – shops, walking areas, restaurants and cafes, pharmacies, a developed public transport network, and so on.

Perhaps the only thing that the city center lacks is silence

This area is always full of tourists, all major cultural and sporting events happen here, and life here is a full swing around the clock.

Real estate

Real estate in the center of Alanya is in demand primarily among locals – living in the center is considered prestigious. The most expensive is the old area of the fortress – Tophane. The houses here, though not new, are in a historical reserve and with stunning views. There are many villas and townhouses here.

Modern compounds in the central part can be found in the area of Cleopatra Beach, the Grand Bazaar, and the port. Generally, this is a residential complex 5-10 years old built from one or two blocks with a small internal area because the land in the center is worth a lot.

The rest of the center is prevailed by the old housing stock.

Any property here is in demand for rent almost all year round.

District Infrastructure

The center of Alanya has everything for life and recreation – shops, cafes, post office, banks, pharmacies, public transport – everything is within walking distance.

A whole microdistrict of the lower floors is occupied by the Grand Bazaar, where you can buy literally everything.

Nearby is a gallery of boutiques and offices of the world and Turkish clothing brands, a fish market, and a farmers’ bazaar.

For children – public schools and lyceums, sports sections, the city olympic swimming pool, and a theater are placed in the cultural center.

Medical facilities are represented by family state centers (polyclinics) and private clinics.
